Costumes anyone?

Pat and I are on the hunt for a great couples Halloween costume that we can use year after year. After seeking out some inspiration I've concluded that the best costumes are for adorable babies...and since we don't have one of those to live vicariously through, the hunt continues!

Too soon for Fall?

While most people are relishing the last few weeks of summer, I'm anxiously awaiting the beginning of my favorite season: fall. The crisp dry air with a cool breeze, the gorgeous color of changing leaves, spending a sunday picking apples at the orchard and of course planning for our very first Halloween Party! At this time of year living in a neighborhood full of kids definitely has it's pros- trick or treaters galore! I can't wait to pass out candy and of course decorate the house for the holiday.
